Football freestyle named as show ambassador for the Grass Roots Football Show
The Grass Roots Football Show has named football freestyler Billy Wingrove as a show ambassador.
Wingrove, one of Britain’s top football freestylers, will be showcasing his skills and taking freestyle master classes throughout the three days of the show at the NEC in Birmingham from June 3-5.
The Billy Wingrove Soccer Hub will feature in the Skill Zone at the show and Wingrove will be featuring in both the main arena and the Grass Roots Football theatre throughout the three days.
Wingrove said; “The Grass Roots Football Show is one of the highlights of the football calendar in the UK and I am delighted to be back.
“Skill and technique play an important part of development whatever the level of football you play. There is nothing better than seeing the look on a young players face when he masters a new skill and I get a real buzz when I am freestyling in front of so many football enthusiasts.”
Joanna Burns, director of the Grass Roots Football Show, said: “Wingrove is a fantastic addition to this year’s show. He embodies everything that we want to bring to the show this year with more skills, more coaching sessions, more tactics, more interaction and more of the biggest stars in the game.”
