Presleigh Braxton, Miller School

Braxton showcased his array of talents in his debut season as the # 1 option for Miller School this winter. The sophomore goaltender averaged a career-high 28 points, 4.3 steals and four assists per game for the Mavericks, who have seen their season cut short due to COVID-19. She also shot 52% from the field and 91% from the free throw line.

Andrea Lefkowitz, Charlottesville

Lefkowitz was a statistical machine throughout his high school career in Charlottesville. The senior forward has almost averaged a double-double over the past two seasons and has led the Black Knights in both scoring and rebounding during her senior season. She will continue her playing career at the University of Mary Washington.

Amaya Pendleton, Albemarle

Pendleton had an outstanding second campaign in his first full season as a must-have option for Albemarle High School. The 5-foot-10 guard averaged a record 18.2 points per game last season for a young but improving Patriots team.

Ella Weaver, William Monroe

Weaver was a Northwest District artist for William Monroe last season. The 5-foot-9 wing led the Greene Dragons in scoring and was among the rebounding crew chiefs to help William Monroe advance to another regional tournament. The Dragons’ season has been cut short in the playoffs due to COVID-19.
