The first state competition events will again take place on the routes.
For boys’ golf, the 3A Championship will be held at Spring Valley Golf Club in Elizabeth. The 4A Championship will be held at the City Park Golf Course in Denver while the 5A will be held more locally at the Colorado Springs Country Club.
Each of the three events will take place from October 4 to 5.
Next comes boys’ tennis.
The 4A State Championships will be held at Pueblo City Park, while the 5A State Championships will be held at the Gates Tennis Center in Denver. Both will take place October 14-16.
For softball, all the 3A-5A classifications championships will be played at Aurora Sports Park on October 22-23.

Unified Bowling will conclude its season on November 19 at AMF Belleview Lanes in Englewood.
The Spirit State Championships will be the last on the fall sports list Dec. 9-11 at Broadmoor World Arena, although the location is still pending approval from the CHSAA board of directors.
The state’s big three in men’s soccer, women’s volleyball and soccer will almost unanimously have locations in southern Colorado.
The five categories of women’s volleyball will meet November 11-13 at Broadmoor World Arena in Colorado Springs.
The 3A and 4A State Soccer Championships will be held at Switchbacks Weidner Field on November 12, while 2A and 5A will meet at the same venue the next day.
Finally, football will spread throughout the state.
The CHSAA 6-a-side and 8-a-side football championships will be held at Colorado State University Pueblo Thunderbowl on November 26. The next day, the best teams from 1A and 2A will compete against each other.
On December 4th, the Thunderbowl will host 3A, 4A and 5A returning to Empower Field in Mile High on the same day.
Over the past year, several football events have moved to Pueblo for the spring and fall after largely taking place elsewhere in previous years.
