ECD Automotive announces new facilities for drivers club

KISSIMMEE, Florida, June 08, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – ECD Automotive Design (ECD), the world leader in custom and restored Range Rovers and Defenders, today announces its latest project – the ECD Driver’s Club, a member exclusive – The only store where owners will have their personalized vehicle serviced and maintained with the same attention to detail as at the Rover Dome headquarters in Orlando, Florida.

The ECD team lives by the motto “Create It. Live. Built on. ”And these new facilities will now allow owners to“ join ”. By connecting with other like-minded, Defender-obsessed owners who share the same passion for cars and luxurious lifestyles. Other companies with luxury showrooms, the Driver’s Club only focuses on customer service and not sales, a refreshing change from the industry standard. ECD prides itself on its close-knit family community and promises his team won’t stop after handing over the keys, the Driver’s Club is the pledge to prove it.

“We wanted to create a space where our customers could connect with each other and share their passion for their unique custom vehicles,” said co-founder Tom Humble. “We will be building our first site in Dallas and are looking for additional opportunities in California, New York and Orlando. The Driver’s Club is just one of the many ways ECD continues to challenge the automotive industry as a business.

With two membership levels, full and club, ECD will be able to provide storage, maintenance, service, exclusive opportunities and more. Full membership is available for those with an ECD vehicle built in 2019 or earlier and includes bumper-to-bumper warranty, half-yearly service plan, discount on additional upgrades, vehicle storage, use of the clubhouse, a dedicated guarantee and customer support, and access to members’ days and events. Club membership offers the same benefits, but is designed to serve vehicles still covered by the initial one-year warranty provided at the time of purchase.

“ECD has already upended the status quo when it comes to custom versions, but our goal now is to go even further to change the way customers experience after-sales service. While other brands want very little to do with you after the sale is complete, with the Driver’s Club we nurture an engaged community based on a shared love for Land Rover builds, ”said Humble.

The first Driver’s Club location will open in Dallas later this year. With over 300 DPE drivers on the road, and 60 added each year, DPE will be able to connect and interact with them across the country.
